Husband's morning caprice (Sausages in puff pastry)

   Here, I am posting my way of preparing fast and easy breakfast. This one is also favorite dish of my husband. So, hope yours will love it ;)

    You'll need sausages, puff pastry and cheddar cheese. I use egg yolk and nigella seeds on the top. Baking time is about 20 minutes.

Cookies with apple and cherry (Vişneli elmalı poğaça)

  This recipe from one of TV programms. It is really tasty and interesting. So, you'll need:

Dough:

2.5 glass of flour

100 gr. butter

1 egg

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

0.5 p baking powder

2 tablespoons of yogurt

Filling:

2 apples

1 glass of cherry

0.5 glass of sugar

1 glass of walnut

 

Grate the apples. Pour the sugar and cook. Remove the seeds and add the cherry apples with starch.

                                        Add walnuts

                                          Make a soft dough

                  Bake at a preheated 180 ° C oven until ready.
